Deposit Not Showing — What to Do
Most deposits on Crickex appear instantly. If your deposit has not shown up after 10 minutes, follow these steps:
- Check your bank/UPI app first — confirm the transaction was completed and funds actually left your account. If it shows "pending" or "failed" in your banking app, the deposit did not go through.
- Wait up to 30 minutes for bank transfers — IMPS and net banking can occasionally take longer during peak hours.
- Contact Crickex Live Chat — available 24/7. Have your transaction reference number or UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) ready. Support can manually verify and credit confirmed transactions.
- Do not deposit again before getting confirmation from support — duplicate deposits can complicate the resolution.
